Step 2: Find a Home
Once you're pre-approved to purchase a new home, it's time to start looking. If you need a referral to a realtor in your target neighborhood or price range, we'll help connect you with one of our preferred realtor partners.

Step 3: Underwriting
The next step is to pull together all the paperwork to get your new financing underwritten and approved. We have a wide variety of loan programs to choose from, and the necessary documentation will depend upon the details of your transaction. We'll guide you through the information requirements; our goal is to make it as simple as possible. The sooner we have the required information, the smoother the loan process will be and the faster we can finalize the financing you need.

Step 4: Underwriting Approval
Underwriting will give us an initial approval for your financing, but there are typically some additional details that need to be finalized before final loan approval. We'll work closely with you to gather any further information required by your specific loan program so that we're ready to close within your schedule.

Step 5: Final Approval
Our hard work has paid off, and now we'll get the final underwriting approval on your new home financing or refinancing. It's time to have your closing documents prepared.

Step 6: Closing Documents
Now we're ready to prepare for closing your loan. Our team will manage the process of working with the title company and/or loan closing agent to help ensure all the necessary documents have been prepared. Having the documents exactly right for closing will help make sure your loan closes on the scheduled closing date. We'll answer all of your last minute questions, and you'll know exactly what to bring with you to closing, including any cash amounts you may need. When you finish signing your documents, you're ready to move in to your new home, start your remodeling or put your refinancing funds to work.
